Games Registration:

We are looking forward to welcoming you to Ireland for the 6^th European Transplant & Dialysis Games that will be hosted in Dublin by the Irish Kidney Association from August 8^th – 15^th 2010.

You can either a) register on-line

b) complete paper registration forms and return them to your team manager

a) On-Line Registration:

• Before you start the process, please ensure that you have your passport / Identity Card with you.
• There are two options for Registration. You can register as a Competitor or as a Non-competitor (a supporter). A separate registration must be completed for each person.
• On completion of registration you will receive a summary and a copy will be automatically sent to your Team Manger.

b) Paper Registration:

• The Forms can be printed off and sent out to team members who do not have internet access.
• The forms must be completed by team members (Competitors and supporters) and returned to Your Team Manager.
• Team Managers must input all paper registrations on-line immediately they receive them.

Changes:

• When Registration closes, the Team Managers will receive a Team Manager Summary which they will be asked to check. They will have the chance to make changes before finally submitting the completed Team’s Registration.
• All competitors and supporters are asked to respect the deadlines. Your Team Manager cannot submit your team until they know that they have information from everyone.
